We are a land developing company in the Pacific Northwest which specializes in
developing cluster subdivisions in rural zoned areas.


We will create for you a build ready lot, in a beautiful private development. Our goal is to provide a place for you to build a beautiful home on a couple acres in the Pacific Northwest.

DEVELOPING

In the Pacific Northwest, a lot of land is zoned anywhere from rural 1 acre to rural 20 acres.
Municipalities recognize these areas as perfect for cluster developments.

WHAT IS A CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT?

Cluster developments allow for lot sizes to be shifted without increasing the housing density.

This means a 20-acre lot, zoned R5, has been approved by the municipality to be split into

four single lots. Each lot is allowed to be five acres to serve one single-family home.


Utilizing the cluster ordinance, the property can be split into three

2-acre lots with the final lot being fourteen acres.
 

Cluster developments allow development of properties that may otherwise prove challenging. A parcel

with wetlands that must be preserved is a perfect scenario. Allowing the wetlands to

remain on the large parcel, allows a home to be built and the natural elements to remain undisturbed.
